Health Care Assistance (HCA)

Health support from trained assistants, supervised by our nurse

Our health care assistants help with the health side of everyday life, following plans set by our registered nurse and your treating team.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Living your way, with support when you need it

SIL is help with daily tasks so you can live as independently as possible, in your own home or a shared home with others. Support can range from a few hours a day to around the clock.

  • Overnight and 24/7 support where funded
  • Clinical oversight for residents with complex health needs

Short Term Accommodation (Respite)

A short break that's good for everyone

Short Term Accommodation is a short stay away from home, with your support and accommodation included. It gives carers a rest and gives you a chance to try new things and meet new people.

Clinical Care and Therapies

Nursing care, and support with your therapy programs

Our registered nurse leads complex clinical care at home. We also work alongside your physiotherapist, occupational therapist, speech pathologist and dietitian, helping you practise your therapy programs between appointments.
